*Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event you should cancel the event, Abingdon Vineyards should be notified in writing (email). If cancellation is at least 90 days before the event, the Rental Deposit will be refunded less a $200 administration fee. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the event the Rental Deposit is non refundable.
- Outdoor spaces: Lawn, wedding arch, patio, fire pit & river access
- Insides spaces: Event Room, kitchen & bridal dressing area in the barrel room
- Event Room has tables & chairs for a maximum of 48 guests, tents and rental furniture welcome for larger parties
- Set-up on Friday, clean up by Monday

- You may use a caterer of your choice, we have local recommendations
- Outside beer is welcome with an additional online permit from the ABC
- Maximum of 175 guests
- Winery tasting room & picnic area may have other guests during business hours, wedding areas are clearly designated
- Music must stop by 10 pm, guests must leave by 11 pm
- Parties responsible for all set-up & clean-up
Wine:
- Minimum purchase of a case of wine to be used for the event, no outside wine please
- We provide signature wine glasses to use during the event (must be returned)
