*Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event you should cancel the event, Abingdon Vineyards should be notified in writing (email). If cancellation is at least 30 days before the event, the Rental Deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event the Rental Deposit is non refundable.

- The event room can seat a maximum of 48 guests
- Tables, chairs and two long buffets are included
- You may move the furniture and decorate, as long as the room is returned to its original arrangement
- Rental includes use of our kitchen - you may use a caterer of your choice or bring your own food
- You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks. Outside alcohol is allowed with an additional ABC permit.
- You are welcome to use the patio, fire pit, lawn & river areas, but they won't be private during business hours
Wine:
- Room rental requires a minimum purchase of one case of wine
- Can be a mixed case of your choice and can be served during the event or taken home
- We provide wine glasses to use during the event (must be returned or purchased for $5 each)

- The rental time starts when you enter the room and ends when you leave the room clean
- 50% deposit required to hold your reservation. Balance will be due after your event.
Additional Options:
- Add the covered patio: additional $50/hour
- Party rentals: china, flatware, linens, glassware, etc.
